Social Media Co-ordinator

Full Time, London.

We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Co-ordinator to join our team. This role will support our campaign managers across a wide range of artist and entertainment campaigns, from day-to-day community management and scheduling to trend sourcing, reporting and campaign execution. Y ou’ll play a key role in identifying emerging TikTok trends, internet culture moments and platform behaviours, helping to turn insights into creative ideas that keep our clients at the forefront of social media.

Key skills we’re looking for:
• A genuine passion for social media, digital culture and entertainment.
• An in-depth understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms, with a natural instinct for spotting trends before they peak.
• A strong awareness of memes, creators, viral formats, music moments and online communities, with the ability to translate cultural conversations into social content ideas.
• Excellent attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice across different artists and brands.
• Confidence analysing social media performance and presenting insights, trends and recommendations in a clear and engaging way.
• A proactive, positive attitude and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
