Digital Channel Manager

We are looking for a full time Digital Channel Manager to join our team.
Applicant should be a driven and creative individual with a genuine passion for social media. A thorough knowledge of site management and current best practice is essential, along with a keen interest in emerging trends.
The role will involve planning, executing and analysing social media campaigns, with the goal of increasing growth and engagement across all relevant social profiles.

Digital Channel Manager Duties:
• Creating engaging and impactful editorial calendars and managing posts across key platforms
• Assist in developing creative digital strategies to drive streams, sales, video views, fan growth and engagement, along with any other key digital objectives
• Maintain strong relationships with clients (labels, management etc.) to ensure excellent communication and a smooth approvals process
• Manage the day-to-day running of social media channels - including community management and site optimisation
• Analyse post performance and bigger campaigns to gather data and determine successes or areas for improvement

Key Skills Required:
• 1+ years experience in channel management and social media strategy
• The ability to write copy to a high standard, and in a diverse tone for various clients and their audiences
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great time management and the ability to work to deadlines
• Great interpersonal skills
• Basic photoshop/video editing skills an advantage

Digital Strategy Manager

The applicant should be creative, driven and personable, with proven success in managing engaging social media and digital marketing campaigns.
A thorough knowledge of current best practice is essential, along with a keen interest in emerging trends and new technologies.
The role will involve overseeing the planning, execution and analysis of campaigns across our roster, and working closely with the director and account managers to achieve company and client goals.

Digital Strategy Manager Duties:
• Working closely with channel managers on top level planning (week by week content rollouts, channel specific content strategies, bespoke partner activations etc.)
• Working alongside channel managers, clients and partners to plan and execute original digital initiatives
• Leading regular team meetings and managing team activities on a day-to-day basis
• Overseeing the day-to-day running of projects. Including approval of schedules and related processes
• Providing support at meetings and pitches

Key Skills Required:
• Self-motivated and creative with excellent communication skills
• The ability to understand and market to different types of fanbases
• A minimum of three years relevant experience in social media and digital marketing
• Proven experience in copywriting, with a strong focus on attention to detail
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work to deadline and across multiple projects

Junior Graphic Designer

Junior Graphic Designer Duties:
• Gathering and preparing materials/information ready for design concept creation
• Designing mockups, taking in mind the campaign aesthetic/tone, social media best practices, sizes and restrictions
• Listening to feedback and adapting/improving work to a satisfactory level
• Building/rendering final assets to a high standard
• Managing and handling multiple creations at once
• Work can involve (but is not limited to) using Photoshop (eg. lyric images, tour flyers, social skins, instagram carousels/grids, photo editing/manipulation), Premiere Pro (eg. video teasers, CTA clips), After Effects (eg. animated artwork, lyric videos, instagram stickers, cinemagraphs), HTML Editors (eg. mailer creation, website creation/editing), InDesign (eg. internal deck/report creation)
• Keep up to date with (and trial) emerging technology (SparkAR Instagram filters, video editing effects/ideas)
